HISTORY

InteliSol, Inc. celebrated its first anniversary on April 1, 2001; however the company enjoys a rich history of manufacturing and service expertise dating back to its roots as AST Research in the early '80's.

Under the guidance of Samsung and our InteliSol president, Jin H. Suh, AST began a tremendous restructuring program in 1997. Quality processes and technology improvements were initiated at that time which led to significant improvements in inventory management and productivity levels and resulted in the formation of ARI Service, created to support existing AST products and honor warranty obligations.

Based on such core strengths as superior facilities, strong partnerships and relationships with world leaders in technology, the significant investment in information technology and its existing service center network, Mr. Suh began planning for a new business direction with the single focus of providing superior repair services and technical support for OEMs of technology and communications products.

Strategically located near the Alliance Corridor of Fort Worth (DFW) Texas, the new InteliSol provides OEM clients the unique perspective of a background founded in their own core business.
